2. Accounts and use
When creating an account, provide accurate and up-to-date information. Keep your login details confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Use the website for lawful purposes.
3. Products, orders and payment
Product descriptions, prices and availability are shown on product pages. Before confirming your order, check the selected products, price, delivery charge and contact details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If a product is unavailable or an order contains a material error, we will contact you to discuss a solution while respecting your statutory rights.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout Georgia using our in-house courier. Delivery in Tbilisi costs GEL 10 and is estimated at 2 working days. Delivery elsewhere in Georgia costs GEL 20 and is estimated at 5 working days. The applicable charge is shown at checkout.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Subject to exceptions under Georgian law, for an online purchase you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Notify us at info@solray.ge and include your order details. Returns are accepted at City Mall Saburtalo, 70 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, LG floor, Tbilisi.
Return the goods within 7 calendar days of notifying us unless we offer to collect them. Subject to applicable law, we will refund payments, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Georgian law governs return costs and exceptions. Statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
6. Warranty and complaints
No additional commercial warranty is currently offered. This does not limit your statutory rights. For questions or complaints about a product or order, contact info@solray.ge.
7. Website content and external links
Photographs, text and other materials on this website are protected by applicable rights. Commercial use requires permission from the rights holder. External websites are subject to their own terms.
8. Personal data and communications

9. Changes and applicable law
